In SPRINGFIELD, in the State of Montana, Police have reported arresting two women who have yet to be identified as part of there sweep to control synthetic drugs. The bust occurred on Thursday at a local smoke shop on South Campbell Avenue.

According to official spokes men of the Springfield police department, police officers served a search warrant to the owners of “Draggin’ Fire” a shop located at 3165 S. Campbell Ave, Suite B4, police found Herbal Incense bags and imitation drugs, as well as “smoking devices” otherwise known as bongs, pipes and regular stuff you find in a smoke shop, considered “drug paraphernalia”.

Police reported having investigated with undercover cops this particular shop where they made purchases of K2 and other mimicking bags of generic Herbal Incense bags. Police did not mention whether or not the bags contained synthetics, however, it is likely that the Police tested previous bags from there undercover purchase prior to issuing the search warrant and having found synthetics that fall under regulated substances.

This marks another bust of a local smoke shop in a string of almost weekly busts now of people selling “controlled substances” it is the writer opinion that even if the said bags of herbal incense contained non-regulated synthetic compounds it is very unlikely that either women will be in a position to retrieve said stock. Furthermore, very common practise to simply seize defends assets leaving them pennis less to hire a lawyer to defend their case.

The two Springfield resident women could face the following applicable charges for may include:

Delivery or manufacture of an imitation controlled substance, penalty.

195.242. 1. It is unlawful for any person to deliver, possess with intent to deliver, manufacture with intent to deliver, or cause to be delivered any imitation controlled substance.
2. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class D felony.

Distribution, delivery, manufacture or production of a controlled substance, violations and attempted violations, penalty.

195.211.
1. Except as authorized by sections 195.005 to 195.425 and except as provided in section 195.222, it is unlawful for any person to distribute, deliver, manufacture, produce or attempt to distribute, deliver, manufacture or produce a controlled substance or to possess with intent to distribute, deliver, manufacture, or produce a controlled substance.
2. Any person who violates or attempts to violate this section with respect to manufacturing or production of a controlled substance of any amount except for five grams or less of marijuana in a residence where a child resides or within two thousand feet of the real property comprising a public or private elementary or public or private elementary or secondary school, public vocational school or a public or private community college, college or university, or any school bus is guilty of a class A felony.
3. Any person who violates or attempts to violate this section with respect to any controlled substance except five grams or less of marijuana is guilty of a class B felony.
4. Any person who violates this section with respect to distributing or delivering not more than five grams of marijuana is guilty of a class C felony.

hype is about. First off the packaging was first rate. The screw top plastic container it came in is a
nifty little jar that I will be re- using again and again long after the contents are used up. I got the
1.5 g size and let me tell you: there is a lot more herb stuffed into the jar then I expected to get. This
will definitely last for more than a session or two. I didn’t notice any specifics on the labeling about
exactly what type of herb this was but it does say 100% natural and it looked it. There seemed to be
about three or four different types of herbs in the mix which were mostly light greenish with some
red bits and virtually no stems which I was happy to see. I’ve noticed that other herb brands have
an unusually high content of stems and shake but not this Organic Farms Cali Crunch. A definite
plus! Overall the color and texture was very pleasing and I had no problems breaking it up to pack a
bowl with.

The before- burn smell was very mild -a common plant smell, that did not extend away from the
herb at all which means that it is basically undetectable when the jar is opened, another plus!
Lighting it I did not notice much of a change in odor besides a normal plant/flower like smell not
unlike potpourri but much milder. It was definitely very low key. Taking the first puff there is
definitely a bit of harshness but only briefly and no urge to cough. The taste is akin to the smell of it
burning, neither good nor bad. There were no immediate effects but after a minute or two I began
to notice a definite euphoria and a heightening of my senses. I think I giggled and there was a smile
on my face. This light- headedness lasted far longer than I was accustomed to with other brands
and I found myself wanting to put on some music and enjoy the moment. I was definitely functional
after inhaling it but there was also enough “zoning” to take me out of the norm and make the high
thoroughly enjoyable.

I took a drive down the street for some fast food and had no trouble driving and absolutely no
paranoia. The majority of the effects lasted for about 20 minutes and then began to subside in the
next 10 to 15 minutes after that. This was also a pleasant surprise as some of the other brands
I’ve tried didn’t last even half as long and nowhere near as pleasurable. I packed another bowl
and found that the harshness of my first puff was even less than the first but the effects were not.
Round two was just as pleasurable and long lasting as the first time which also was a pleasant
surprise. Overall I would give this product and A+ across the board- in terms of quality, quantity
and packaging. I’ve already ordered more and will continue to do so in the future. Way to go
Organic Farms Cali Crunch!

Today in Carlsbad a community located in the state of New Mexico, 3 man were indicted with drug possession and trafficking charges. Readers, shop owners and users heed my words do not be as dumb as these three people, selling herbal incense of any kind of synthetics whether its G2, G3 whatever is a big no no, I can pull up countless other stories about similar occurrences. A store that can easily be targeted by DEA or law enforcement officials and is subject to the scrutiny of the community is for sure an easy cash grab/target. I noticed Hammer Head I was under the impression the company had stopped producing this product and had never made a 3rd generation herbal incense anyone can confirm?

This story highlights a crucial lesson for all store owners stop selling herbal incense with synethics cannabanoids, you might as well be selling crack cocaine in your store. For all personal users heed a warning from this be careful of what and where you purchase your goods you also could be a target of a sweep. Also if you get stopped and an officer finds these in your car you can NO longer claim its just incense its legal, you can clearly see here that the authorities do not care if you thought you were a smart ass and the guy who sold it to you told you he modified it with Generation 3 synethics like UR-144 or 5FUr144, you have no way of knowing what is in those herbal incense packets!

America time to take a step back and take a deep breath in and say its time to move on, especially store owners. Why would you risk your business, your name and possibly getting charged with possession of a controlled I substance for the sake of making a few hundred or thousand dollars before your reported by some crusading mom that found out her 15 year old got a hold of that herbal incense from your location!

In further news about this story, officials say last week, Garlan Plumlee, Justin Thompson, and Phillip Larez were all indicted for possessing and intending to distribute a synthetic form of marijuana known as “spice.” That’s this guy here… The indictment also charges Plumlee with money-laundering offenses. Plumlee is charged with laundering the proceeds of the allegedly unlawful drug trafficking. Court filings said that the three used Plumlee’s shop, Looking Glass, on Canal Street in Carlsbad to sell “spice.”

While this idiot is not convicted yet his reputation is in the shit bowls, his name forever and ever on the internet, if any prospective employeer (he’s pretty old) looks him up you bet he wont hire a guy like this. Don’t be the next looser to have his reputation destroyed for selling herbal incense! If he’s convicted which he might be because the law is so vague it can be interrupted by a judge easily as saying well while UR-144 doesn’t directly affected CB1 receptors and mostly CB2 receptors which are not covered by the recent law that passed in July it does partially affect it and therefore, ablabl he’s guilty … and as a result he may be facing to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine. If only mr, Plumlee’s would have just kept on selling glass ware he would have been alright… given by the amount shown on the picture he may have had 50 units on hand at the very most… wow. Criminal record for a measly 50 units.. (maybe they don’t show the whole stash, but i doubt this guy had 1000 of units and was gonna pull in 10-20k in profits, at best 1k…)

The best thing about the smoke market is the vast array of choices smokers have. If you like strong
smoke, you are going to find a wide range of products to fit the need. On the other hand, if you like
smoother and milder smokes, you are going to find that easily too. Warped Natural Solid Smoke is
one that the enthusiasts of milder smokes will thoroughly enjoy. In this package, you are going to
get 3 oz. of the blend and that is enough to give you a great experience. This is a completely natural
blend, so you won’t have to worry about any harsh or harmful chemicals. The blend is like instant
relaxation in a package! If you had a hard day at work or are particularly stressed, light up some Warped Natural and likely you are going to quickly see all the stress melt away.

Kratom, Wild Lettuce and Egyptian Blue Lily are three of the main ingredients in this blend. If you
know anything about them on their own, then you know how potent each one is alone. Combined,
it is a bit milder, but unique. The hash cake you find in the re-sealable package is convenient and a
good size for single-use smokers. I used my butane lighter to start off the night and quickly felt the
smoke taking effect. One warning, the first few puffs out of your pipe may be harsh. This is normal
and as you keep smoking, it dissipates somewhat giving a solid but moderate effect. I even enjoyed
the green alien with the strange eyes giving the peace sign (wink, wink) and the space ship warping
away through the starry, starry night.

Now for the exciting part: I did not find this particular blend to be particularly blissful, dreamy,
ecstatic, or gleeful. I would tend to describe it more as leisurely, restful, refreshing, and alleviating.
It is definitely not a sharp or jarring feeling, but rather mind- altering in the sense that it turned
my racing thoughts into fluffy and pleasurable ones. In particular, I was having problems with my
girlfriend at the time, and when I sat down to smoke, the Warped Natural Solid got me thinking of
all the good times she and I used to have, until finally my mind was completely clear and the weight
of the current situation was lifted off of my shoulders.

As time wore on, and I got deeper and deeper into the smoke, I did notice a bit of shakiness on
the part of objects in the background. The clocks on the wall seemed to drift into the blue paint. I
closed my eyes, but did not notice any sort of dizziness. In fact, I had a strange urge to re- open my
eyes and upon doing so I noticed an increased awareness. For fifteen or twenty minutes (according
to the clocks) I enjoyed visual distortion that seemed to coincide with a deepening relaxation. As
the effects wore off, the clocks had stopped moving and I found myself overtaken by a refreshing
stillness. All in all, I recommend Warped Natural Solid Smoke Extra Strength. It is great for those
who like to enjoy a relaxing smoke with certain visual “effects” without being overwhelmed and
disturbed by the experience.

Over the past three years, manufacturers and retailers of so-called “herbal incenses” have popped up in all 50 states. It quickly became a multibillion-dollar industry built on products that had names like Crazy Eyes, Cowboy Kush, and Skull Killa.

It’s actually a horrible misnomer to call these substances “synthetic marijuana” or “fake pot,” because they actually have nothing to do with real cannabis, and unlike herbal cannabis, they can be dangerous.

Until two months ago, many of these herbal incenses remained legal because state and federal lawmakers couldn’t keep up with the onslaught of new chemicals being churned out by overseas labs and imported by herbal-incense manufacturers. Whenever the government banned one synthetic cannabinoid, chemists simply tweaked their formulations to concoct new, legal replacements that still got people stoned.

Now, the synthetics industry is coming down from a three-year high. For the complete story by Chris Sweeney, visit the link below:

The police seized more than $100,000 worth of herbal incense in a raid last month in Missouri. Unlike a lot of the larger raids happening across the country, this one seems to have been done entirely at the local level with no DEA involvement.

“A search warrant executed in the 6000 block of Shadow Circle in Osage Beach Sunday resulted in the bust of a synthetic cannabinoid laboratory, according to a press release from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office,” as reported in a local Missouri news outlet, the Boonville Daily News.

The documentation was short on details regarding how the group’s activity came to light, and how the product was being sold and labeled. What is known is that on October 28th, 2012, law enforcement officials seized the incense, three firearms, and $1,800.00 cash.

According to the Boonville Daily News, charges are being brought against five local residents. “Narcotics investigators from the sheriff’s office and the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group subsequently arrested Micah P. Schlicht, 20; Zacharia J. Anderson, 22; William P. Dismang Jr., 23; Jorey T. Anderson, 19; and Chadwick J. Schlicht, 42. All five are being charged with the Class B Felony of Manufacture and Production of a Controlled Substance. Bond for each man has been set at $50,000 cash.”

Given the scenario, pending lab results, things look grim for this small group of incense entrepreneurs. No documentation sited a specific, illegal chemical compound, but NSN News will be following the story, and will hopefully have more information on the specifics of the alleged crime (and product), and not the seizure of property.

Local law enforcement searched the busy location for synthetic marijuana, and found what they were expecting.

“Ashland Police Detectives, Ashland County Sheriff’s Detectives, Loudonville Police and the U.S. Marshal’s Violent Fugitive Task Force raided the Loudonville Tobacco Shop on Tuesday and served the owner with an indictment,” according to WMFD.

The shop had previously been raided in January of this year with law enforcement recovering many packages of herbal incense. This time they found 191 packets, which they estimate have a street value of $2,000, as well as more than $3,500 in cash, and possibly surveillance footage that may incriminate those involved in the operation. So why were law enforcement officials so keen to shut the shop down that they raided twice in under a year?

“This latest raid was conducted because the same product ended up in the possession of an Ashland Middle School student. The store owner, Larry Bays, 67, was served with an indictment for aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs and possessing criminal tools,” as reported by WMFD.

It remains unclear as to whether the surveillance equipment will yield footage usable in the prosecution of Bays, such as evidence of sale to the middle school student, or if it will show his compliance with local laws. The same is true of the items seized, pending laboratory analysis and screening for synthetic cannabinoids. It looks likely that Bays will likely face trial and a substantial sentence. Here’s hoping he has a good attorney on retainer.

Not only does it have a great citrus scent and taste to it, but it also has enough of a punch to give you a great smoke experience. When I sat down with it, I was skeptical. Citrus isn’t one of my favorite scents, so I was ready for something different. Fortunately, the citrus isn’t overpowering. Yes- it is there, but you can still enjoy the smoke blend itself. I sat down with it at home to try out the new product and was happily surprised. If you are a long-time fan of smoke blends then you probably heard about this one way back, as it was one of the originals. Don’t let your first impression from way back deter you from testing it out again though because there are some happy changes that are likely going to keep you coming back.

The creators have worked with it to make it even better. Outer Edge has removed everything synthetic- now you get only a completely natural smoke. This is great news for those who are worried about their health. Speaking of health, just a friendly reminder to all those who are reading this blog entry, this product should not be consumed. It is incense. You should be a few feet away while enjoying it. When I first tested it out, I realized that though it is incense, it still gave me a great effect. Not only was it calming and peaceful, but the citrus element brought a clean feel to the room.
Also, with this one, you aren’t going to find any stems or other unwanted elements in the pack. It is somewhat equitable to “fish food” in that it flakes when you run your finger through it.

Incense is like wine in the sense that its notes can be detected in one’s experience with the product. In this particular product, I noticed a slight amount of citrus- somewhere along the lines of acidulated water used to treat apples. I also detected hints of ginger, orange, and strawberry. The effect I got after about ten minutes was one of total relaxation. I curled up in a ball with a good book to enjoy the moments of calm Outer Edge Natural Edition brought. Outer Edge is going to offer you quite a few relaxing sessions too due to how much you are going to find in the packet. When I sat down with mine, I was able to use just a bit of it and get a good smoke going.

Another advantage of Outer Edge is that a small amount will last a really long time. Using the suggested half of a gram, mine lasted 20 minutes, which was plenty of time for me to unwind. And the packet contained a little over a gram, so I could reuse it. Though Outer Edge Natural Edition is calming, that doesn’t mean you won’t be moved to get things done. Sure I slowed down a bit, but I still noted that my senses were keener after burning the incense. In conclusion, Outer Edge Natural Edition provides a calm, citrus relaxation session without the unwanted synthetic ingredients.

The creators of this herbal blend really hit it out the ball park with their Kratom Garuda capsules. For those unfamiliar with Kratom, it is a euphoric yet soothing herb derived from the leaf of the mitragyna speciosa plant. These capsules will cause you to lose your desire to work for a short period of time and immediately after they will cause you to experience a burst of temporary energy. Trust me, it’s a good feeling. The Thai people have been using Kratom for ages. They have used it for medicinal purposes, usually to kill pain. It is also a very prolific recreational drug throughout Southeast Asia. Thanks to curious people like me, its recreational popularity is growing in the United States.

Kratom Garuda is very interesting because in small amounts it feels like you are rather hyper. It is easy to feel that Kratom is related to coffee. But the more and more of it that you take, the more it feels like an alcohol buzz rather than a coffee buzz. Just a word of warning though: if you are looking to Kratom to replace your favorite energy drink, you are going to be disappointed. It is definitely not a long- lasting type of energy. It is, however, a very pleasant experience and it mimics your body’s natural progression
over the course of a normal day from rearing to go to mellowing out. Another positive aspect of Kratom Garuda capsules is the fact that since you are taking it in capsule form, you can avoid any kind of unwanted after- taste. They are rather large, however, and may be difficult to get down for some folks. If you can make it past the size though, you are going to most likely love the experience.

Like most people, I was initially skeptical when I first tried Kratom. I wanted to experience relaxation but did not want to fall asleep in the process. But even over the course of a few weeks I noticed that I was able to unwind without snoozing. When the results stayed the same for the first full month, I knew that this product was a winner. My favorite way to enjoy Kratom is to invite a friend over to play chess after a hard day’s work. First, the Kratom allows me the energy to be conversational as we enjoy dinner
and a few entertaining games. Then, later on, when my friend leaves, I take a few more pills and create a place to rest my knees out of blankets on the soft carpet floor in my living room, with my iPod running in my wireless headphones. I like to listen to the sounds of ocean waves hitting the stones on a distant shore or the sound of a thousand rain drops. Sometimes I even opt for binaural beats or the healing sounds of psych energy trance. Whatever I listen to, I go into some relaxing yoga poses and come out
of the relaxation session feeling like I am floating on a thousand pillows yet I am surprisingly alert. You have to experience it for yourself to understand. The next time you want to truly relax, then be sure that you test out Kratom Garuda pills. You likely are going to be quickly sold on the product and happily add it to your smoke habit!

If you are looking for a good smoke blend company, then check out Mr. Nice Guy Herbal Incense. This is a company that is quickly becoming known for its outstandingly potent products and huge variety of spices. The stand-out element of this company is the sheer variety users are able to look through when seeking out a smoke blend. One by one, you are going to experience a great smoke, along with effect, as you test Mr. Nice Guy’s products out. You can look through the various colors and appearances that they offer. The biggest advantage though to the company’s products is that they are all very potent. Regardless of which one you pick, likely it isn’t going to take much to feel the calming and relaxing effects. Not only is it going to offer you one of the best smoke effects, but it won’t take a lot of product to do it! That’s a huge benefit for any avid smoker and you definitely are going to get a lot for your buck with this blend.

The other advantage of Mr. Nice Guy Herbal Incense is that it comes in a wide variety of weights. The tiniest amount you can purchase in is one-gram packages, but you can buy in bulk at a great price too. This comes particularly in hand for those who want to customize their buys every time they make a purchase. You aren’t tied to buying a huge container or a small amount- ever! You can also rely on the fact that if you do buy a smaller amount, the product itself is still going to maintain the potency the company is known for. When you light the product, regardless of size, you are going to notice how the flavors are strong, but produce an immediate peaceful and relaxed feeling for everyone in the room. This is a blend that has no problem calming down even the most ruffled user. Just give it a try and before you know if, you likely are going to be sitting calmly on the couch enjoying the peace and quiet!

The only drawback with Mr. Nice Guy Herbal Incense is the price. This incense is not known to be the least costly you are going to find on the market. Here’s the catch though: yes, you are going to pay a bit more, but the quality is going to amaze you. The reputation that the company has for providing outstanding smoke products is already proven, so why not jump on the wagon? Test out Mr. Nice Guy Herbal Incense and likely you are going to incorporate its various products into your smoking life!
