Attention all customers—————————————————-Due to all the recent warehouses being raided from “Operation Log Jam”, we are currently unable to obtain product and fulfill more orders. All credit card orders that have been placed via our website will be fulfilled and shipped as requested and each customer will or has already received an email with tracking numbers for your shipment. In the event we are unable to fill your order, your credit card will be refunded immediately and you will see the credit on your credit statement, pending your bank’s policies and time lines for refunds to be credited.NO COD orders will be fulfilled unless product remains after we have fulfilled 100% of all credit card customers 1st.

Our call center will be up and operating, as well as our emails for any customers that have questions regarding their order. Please do not flood our call center with questions about when we will have product again, we do not have an answer to that question, as of now we will not be fulfilling anymore orders other than what has been placed.

Customers who have placed orders, you will receive tracking numbers today if you have not already, use those tracking numbers to find out where your order is instead of calling. These tracking numbers will be delivered to you via your email provided in your account as usual. Please do not start calling wondering where your package is until you have tracked your package. All final orders will ship today, you may start tracking your package as of tomorrow (Tuesday). If you live in a state that is banned, your credit card will be refunded and you will not receive your package, you will receive an email stating your card has been refunded, that’s how you will know.

We will guarantee that EVERY customer that has paid in full, via credit card will either receive their order via the shipping preferences they have requested at time of purchase or will be refunded their money. No customer will pay for product they do not receive.

Once we know if our warehouses are going to re-open for business, we will keep everyone notified of any changes via this website. DO NOT flood our call center with these questions or you will prevent customers with valid questions from getting the service they need!!

Please be aware that obviously our call center will be inundated with calls due to this issue so please allow for longer reply times to voicemail, emails, etc. we will do our best to contact everyone in regards to your order placed. If you do not have an outstanding order with us, you will not receive a return call from our offices, we apologize but, unfortunately, just like every other company, we have no answers for you.
